Candle Care & Tips

Candle Care Guide

First Burn Is Important

Allow the candle to burn long enough during the first use so the melted wax reaches the edges of the container.
This helps prevent tunneling and promotes a smooth, even burn in future uses.

Trim the Wick

Before lighting your candle each time, trim the wick to about ¼ inch (0.6 cm).
A properly trimmed wick helps control the flame and reduces smoke or soot.

Recommended Burn Time

For the best performance, burn your candle for 1.5 to 3 hours at a time.
Avoid burning it for longer than 4 hours continuously, as excessive heat may damage the container.

In case of 2 to 3 wicks, burn your candle for less than 1 to 2 hours. Avoid burning for longer than 2 hours.

Avoid Drafts

Place your candle away from strong air movement, such as fans, air conditioners, or open windows.
Air drafts can cause uneven burning or a flickering flame.

Keep the wax surface clean.

Before lighting, remove any leftover wick pieces, ash, or dust from the wax surface.
This helps maintain a clean burn and preserves the fragrance quality.

Safety Guidelines

Never leave a candle burning without supervision.
Keep it away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
Always allow the container to cool completely before touching or moving it.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store candles in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
For the best fragrance experience, we recommend using the candle within 12 months.
