1. General Information
- House of Gulnara (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a handcrafted candle brand based in India.
- By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.
2. Products
1. All our products are hand-poured, so slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. This is a natural characteristic of handmade items and not considered a defect.
2. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, colors and sizes may vary slightly depending on your screen and settings.
3. Pricing & Payments
1. All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (if available later not now).
3. We reserve the right to update prices, discounts, or offers without prior notice.
4. Orders & Cancellations
1. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Cancellation requests will only be accepted before order is processed. After this, the order cannot be cancelled as production/dispatch may already be in process.
3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–7 business days of confirmation.
2. Delivery timelines vary by location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.
3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Returns, Refunds & Damages
1. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
2. Customers must provide an full unedited unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement/refund.
3. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Gift Cards
1. House of Gulnara Gift Cards are valid for use on our official website only valid till 31.12.2026
2. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Intellectual Property
1. All content on this website, including logo, designs, product photos, and text, are the property of House of Gulnara
2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content or product is prohibited.
9. Liability
1. House of Gulnara shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use of candles (e.g., leaving a burning candle unattended, unsafe placement, or misuse).
2. Customers must follow candle safety guidelines provided with each order.
10. Governing Law
1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
2. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, India courts.
