- Bouquet Candles & Hampers: To ship, it takes 12–14 days; delivery can take more 4 to 5 days approx.
- Jar Container Candles: To ship, it takes 3–5 days, delivery can take more 4 to 5 days approx.
- Small Candles: To ship, it takes 2–5 days, delivery can take more 4 to 5 days approx.
- Unique / Customized Candles: To ship, it takes 6–10 days, delivery can take more 4 to 5 days approx.

- For Bouquet Candles or hamper remove the stick from the candles. Then burn the candles in a ceramic bowl or any metal plate.
- Keep your candles away from pets and children.
- For a secret messages or any candle which have 2 to 3 wicks in a glass jar, please make sure not to burn it for more than 1 hour. If its in a ceramic bowl then 2 hours maximum.
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting.
- Keep away from children & pets.
- Do not burn for more than 2–3 hours at a time.
